Being one of the only 10 designers at Box, I have had the chance to own UX for a product area and lead an impactful redesign of the Admin experience, and build some expertise in the process.
Having worked with Walmart on a shopping experience and on meal-kits with Green Chef , I have worked on creating experiences that guide users from inspiration to conversion.
I feel I can leverage these experiences and apply my learnings and skills to the Product Design role at Adobe.
Its always a designer’s dream to work in a design centric company. For design to have the coveted “seat at the table”. From that perspective, there cannot be a better place than Netflix where design IS the product and the users I’d get to design for are creatives of every type.
Also, having spoken to some designers at Netflix, I am inspired and eager to explore the opportunity to work at Netflix.
As cliche as it sounds but any good product is built by strong collaboration and alignment between product, engineering and design teams, and I engage with both early and often.
As a designer, your skills need to constantly evolve. But this is one skill, I believe would never become irrelevant.

The design philosophy that drives me is to adapt systems to ways people think rather than people having to adapt to systems.
My focus is Interaction design and you'll usually find me manipulating user needs into pixels. But I am also heavily involved in product strategy, user research and visual design.
